Start with where you are
Nirana is designed to make finding the right wellbeing activity simpler.
More than meditation
Wellbeing looks different from one moment to the next.
Nirana brings together different ways to pause, settle, focus, reflect and unwind — all within one app.
- Meditation
- Breathwork
- Affirmations
- Sleep
- Relaxing Sounds
- Frequencies
- Wellbeing Games
- Programmes
- Vision Board
- Timer
One place. Different kinds of pause.

Explore guided meditation for relaxation, mindfulness, focus, reflection and everyday moments when you want to slow things down.
Choose by theme, length and what feels appropriate for you.

Use guided breathing experiences when you want a structured way to pause and reconnect with your breathing.
Different exercises offer different rhythms and approaches, so you can choose what feels comfortable.

Explore short affirmations designed for reflection, encouragement and intention-setting.
Use them on their own or alongside other wellbeing practices within Nirana.

Create a quieter transition into rest with sleep-focused sessions, calming sounds and audio experiences designed for winding down.
Choose something guided, play a relaxing soundscape or simply create your own nighttime routine.

Listen to nature sounds, ambient environments, meditation audio, instrumental soundscapes, binaural-style audio and frequency-based experiences.
Mix and explore sounds depending on whether you want to relax, focus, reflect or prepare for sleep.
Frequency-based content is provided for relaxation and personal wellbeing use and is not presented as medical treatment.
Games that know when to stop
Not every break needs to involve sitting still.
Nirana includes a collection of gentle interactive experiences designed to give your attention somewhere simple to land. Some are slow and sensory. Some encourage focus. Some are simply playful.
What they share is a different philosophy from conventional mobile games: no endless feeds, no pressure to compete and no need to keep going.
Some experiences have no score or timer. Others intentionally finish after a short session so the break has a natural end.
Recent additions include Aurora Flow, where colour spreads under your finger across a night sky; Floating Lanterns, where you release a lantern and watch it go; Snow Globe, which you shake and then let settle; Calm Roll, guided by tilting the phone; and two quieter puzzles, Cities in Pieces and Word Play.
Take a moment. Play. Then return to your day when you are ready.

Short videos, on what is actually going on
A growing library of short videos on stress, sleep, attention, habits, confidence and difficult days — each a few minutes, and each about one idea rather than a course.
Recent additions look at what the body notices before the mind does, why touch matters, the paradox of chasing wellbeing, and what awe does to the size of a problem.
When a video ends, Nirana offers a few ways to put it into practice — a breathing session, a meditation or a game chosen to match what the video was about. Nothing plays on its own; finishing something stays a stopping point.

Picture what you're moving towards
Nirana's digital Vision Board gives you a place to bring together images, words, goals and affirmations connected to what matters to you.
Create boards around different parts of your life, revisit them when you want perspective and gradually shape a picture of the future you want to move towards.
Your Vision Board can be practical, imaginative or simply personal. There is no right way to use it.

For when you want more structure
Some wellbeing practices work better when you can return to them over time.
Nirana includes guided programmes that bring related sessions together into a simple sequence, helping you explore a theme without having to decide what to choose next.
Move through them at your own pace. There are no streaks to protect and no pressure to finish on somebody else's schedule.

For simple moments
Sometimes you already know what you need.
Nirana includes straightforward tools you can reach quickly without searching through a large content library.
A Timer for sitting in silence, with a bell to begin and a bell to close. A Breathing reset that paces a slow in-breath and a longer out-breath. Your Vision Board. And a Background you can change, so the app looks like whatever you find restful.
Each one is a tap from the home screen, and all of them turn up in search.
Less searching. More settling in.
Wellbeing apps can sometimes create another decision to make. Nirana is designed to reduce that friction.
Start by telling the app what you need and how much time you have. Nirana then surfaces experiences that fit those choices from across the app.
Prefer to browse?
You can always explore the full library yourself. The recommendation is there to make choosing easier — not to decide for you.
Save what works for you
Return easily to sessions, sounds and experiences you enjoy.
Save content you want to use again and create a personal collection that gradually reflects the things you find most useful.
Rather than constantly searching for something new, Nirana makes it easier to return to what already works for you.
Notice what you return to
Nirana includes a simple personal dashboard where you can view your session activity and understand how you have been using the app.
See information such as:
- time spent in sessions
- number of sessions
- activity across different wellbeing categories
- recent activity
- saved content
The purpose is awareness, not performance. There are no wellbeing scores to chase and no requirement to build a streak.
Designed with comfort in mind
People experience digital environments differently.
Nirana includes accessibility and sensory controls that allow you to adjust parts of the experience to make the app more comfortable to use.
Depending on your preferences, you can adjust options relating to:
- Text size
- Motion
- Animation
- Sound
- Haptics
- Visual cues
The goal is simple: give you more control over how Nirana feels when you use it.
Your wellbeing doesn't need to become another data project
Nirana is designed with privacy and user choice in mind.
Privacy controls remain accessible within the app, including options relating to account use and session activity.
We aim to make those choices understandable rather than hiding them behind complicated settings.
For complete information about how data is handled, please read the Privacy Policy.
